Bark Buckle Up

Hey everyone!  A while back my friend, Wilma, blogged about a very cool safety idea for dogs in cars...Bark Buckle Up.  Well, my mom FINALLY ordered the free pet registration card and car decals.

Isn't this such a great idea?  And who doesn't like free?!?  With all of the traveling I do, this is a must have, and we're glad I have one now.  We keep it in the glove box with a list of all my PDE medicines and instructions...just in case.

Have a fun, but safe, weekend!

Love,
Payton

PS.  If you read my guest post for Wilma, you know that I am a puppy mill and pet store survivor.  We recently received an email from Tails Magazine that informed us about a petition to get Petland to stop selling puppies in the US stores.  If you are willing, please stop by and sign it.  Thanks!

Hi Payton! So glad you got set up with your safety kit. You are right, it is a great thing to have in place, even though we never want to use it! We are back home today with lights and heat. It is a good day. Mom is running around trying to get things into shape, then she is mine to work on our party!

Payton, that's a great idea! I'm going to have my mom set me up for a safety kit. We travel alot! Mom also signed the petition as I was a puppy mill rescue and was told that I was "undesirable". Thank you all this information today!

Payton this is just brilliant!!! So simple and great at the same time. We should have the same thing here in Poland.
And we also try to do something to stop these horrible mills in Poland!! On 1st of January 2012 our law on animal will be changed, and I hope it will change something.

Have a great weekend little girl :) kisses Gosia

What a great idea Payton, Mom says she is going to get me and Tucker one too. Although I can't imagine why she would want him back. Just sayin'

That's a really good idea! I have signed the petition, I feel so strongly against puppy mills and you are a survivor and I think how wonderful you are each day and how amazing your parents are to look after you and love you despite your problems! Keep living the dream, living each day to the fullest, I am so inspired by you every day! Love and pHUGS Frank x x x x x x

Ooohhhh cool idea! Mom is trying to make me one, but she's going to throw the computer out the window because it keeps telling her the picture is too big (and she's tech challenged).

We didn't know that Petland sold puppies! We have one on the other side of town from us, but we never go in there. I guess I'll have to pee on their building next time we drive by!

Hi Payton - that's a great idea. It's good to be prepared. I went to the BarkBuckleUp website to read about what it is and saw that the sample registration card has the words "Give Me Treats!" in the comments area - that was a smart move on that dog's part. I think you need to either convince your parents to add that, or you should go back to the website and re-print one for yourself that says the same thing. Hee hee.

Sid.
