Flashback Friday...Christmas time

Christmas is by far my favorite time of year.  Food, presents, toys, food, opening presents, food, wrapping paper, cookies, food, and, of course, family!  Here's some of my favorite pictures from past Christmases.

Hope you and your families aren't getting too wrapped up in the hustle and bustle of the season and are able to enjoy each other as Christmas approaches.  I can't wait to see what's under the tree for me this year!  Mom hopes I don't try to unwrap all the gifts again this year...we'll see...  Have a great weekend!

Love,
Payton

Hi Payton, I absolutely love all of the photos from your “Christmas past” my favourite is Christmas 2007 you at the table with the tree in the background, I think that you look so festive and so very cute in all of the photos! I love the photo of you stretching real tall standing of your tippy Pug toes to reach those yummy Christmas Sugar Cookies! I also likr that photo of you by the presents last year, Mum found out that she couldn’t leave any presents under the tree because I enjoy opening them, I also sniffed my way to one of my presents which was a big Christmas tree dog treat and I nearly ate the packaging trying to eat all! It was very funny! My first Christmas was last year, I’m going to be 2 years old on January 2nd so this is only my second Christmas and I know that I love this wonderfully magical season; my Last name is “DeNatale” which means “of Christmas “in Italian!! I hope that you have a magnificent Christmas this year and that Santa Paws brings you everything you want, you truly deserve it for being such a perfect Pug and for being so inspirational and so super cute! Love, Licks and Big Pug Hugs from your Friend Frank xxxxxxxxxx

You were soooo close to getting those cookies. Dang! Love the pics. Especially the one where your grandpawrents are looking adoringly at you chew a stuffie. We are trying our bestest to enjoy it this year, but not having much success. Last minute painting orders has mom pulling her hair out. She gives us guilty treats though so I guess it works out.

This is for Payton's Grampy, who really needs to start a blog so I can torment him on it and not have to hijack poor little Payton's. I saw where you came by to "explain" about those Christmas socks. There simply is no defense for those socks...sometimes you just have to own it.

Thank you for the kind words about the Houston Pittie Pack, it was a tragedy that I can't imagine going through.

Those photos sure helped me get in the Christmas spirit, Payton! I love your different outfits and your "paw-shaped" stocking, too. Can't wait for the toys and treats!

-Love,
Sid.

P.S. I got your Christmas card in the mail - it is really funny and cute. Thank you for addressing it to me, personally - I think that's the first piece of mail that's had my own name on it and not my 'rents. Did you really steal those Christmas cookies?! (I secretly hope so)

P - My mama's been pretty busy, but she's promised me a really exciting week ahead, so things *should* brighten up. We LOVE all looking at your Christmas photos. You sure have some lucky people to have you there to guard the cookies and the gifts for them!
